Dear Rick Heaton,
ever since Turbine Inc. took over LOTRO and the servers have been located to the US us european have gotten increased latency and recurring lags within our most beloved game. Many players already stated the current status within the official LOTRO forums. It is not a few players, who are willing to pay again and continue the game, as long as the servers are running smoothly. Relocating the EU-servers back to europe would help a lot of players re-gain their passion for the game. Furthermore a lot of us players know quite a few players which already have lost their fun because of the circumstances and switched to other games, although a lot of them loved playing LOTRO. Therefore we started this petition to get your attention on this issue and hopefully make you reconsider your choice of hosting a server for european players from the United States.
